Gilles and Ruth de Latude will be happy to answer any questions you may have about their new wines.

They are justifiably proud that already, in such a short time, their wine has received commendations from such publications as "Le Guide Hachette des Vins" and the very popular French wine magazine "Terre de Vins".

Their aim is simple – to produce outstanding wines that both reflects the heritage of Baronnie de Bourgade and the terrain of their Languedoc region.

As you journey through this part of the south of France, take time out to visit their domain. You will be made very welcome and can visit various parts of the domain, including the cave (photo of the main cave at Baronnie de Bourgade is shown right, and below, the old wine tasting room).

Better still, reserve a place now and stay on their wine domain for a holiday.

Both Gilles and Ruth are happy to share their experiences with people who want to know more about wine. They sometimes have the time to organise small group visits to the domain. Visitors can learn at first-hand the techniques of wine production, from cultivating the vines, through the vendanges to bottling – and of course degustation – sam0pling the final quality product.
