auf Geschmack und Bouquet und jede eignet sich für
ein bestimmtes Mahl oder eine besondere Gelegenheit.
ROSE - 2005 100% Grenache
VINS DE PAYS D’OC
13% vol
Yield:
35 hectos/hectare.
Vinification:
Continuous “bleeding” from the vat.
Temperature control between 15° and 20° C.
Tasting
notes: Pretty colour and taste of strawberries
and fruity nose. Good acidity.
To drink: Excellent for barbecues
and with fish or white meat, also great at aperitif time.
Serve chilled.

RED – Grenache 2005 100% Grenache

délestages » to release aromas.
Tasting
notes: Fruity nose of raspberries and good tannins.
To
drink: A light wine delicious for all occasions.
Great with grilled meat and fish. Can be serve chilled.

RED – La Coquine 2005 Syrah, Grenache et Merlot
VINS DE PAYS COTES DE THONGUE

Vinification:
Destalked and long traditional maceration and daily «
délestages » to release aromas.
Tasting
notes: Pretty ruby colour with fruity nose of
plums, blackberry jam. Fresh and aromatic finish with
hint of pepper.
To
drink: An everyday light and fruit wine that
easily accompanies grilled meat, Can be served slightly
chilled.

RED – Cabernet Franc 2005 VIN DE PAYS
DES COTES DE THONGUE
13,5% vol
Yield:
35 hectos/hectare.
Vinification:
Destalked and long traditional maceration and daily «
délestages » to release aromas.
Tasting
notes: A typical green pepper nose, fresh acidity,
tastes of tobacco and grass. Round in the mouth and note
of morello cherries.
To
drink: Serve between 15° and 17°. The
wine can be kept for 2—5 years.
RED
- La Mère Poule 2003 Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot
matured in old oak barrels
VINS DE PAYS COTES DE THONGUE
13,5% vol
Yield:
35 hectos/hectare.
Vinification:
Destalked and long traditional maceration and daily «
délestages » to release aromas. Matured for
six months to one year in French oak barrels (225 litres).
Tasting
notes: A sombre colour, exceptional and noble
wine with mature oaky tannins and hints of chocolate.
Smooth and long finish on the palate.
To
drink: To drink throughout the year but an excellent
vintage during the following 5 to 10 years. Perfect with
game. Wine should be decanted.

WHITE – Vermentino 2005 VINS DE PAYS D’OC
12% vol
Yield:
35 hectos/hectare.
Vinification:
Slow, continuous hydraulic press for extracting maximum
flavour. Temperature control between 15°C and 20°C.
Tasting
notes: Uncomplicated and easy to drink wine.
Fruity with notes of mango and lemon. Good acidity.
